Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
Since we are primarily a Software Services company, a refund may be considered /
issued, only if:
1. The payment was done by mistake or excess payment was made. (must be
communicated within 2 days of payment)
Or
2. We come to a mutual agreement with the customer regarding payments or its
revision.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellation, please send a written request on our given email address, within 2
days of making the payment.
Refund Policy
If a refund is agreed to be processed, you will receive the credit, in a period ranging
from 72 working hours to a maximum of 15 working days. Refunds will mostly be
issued to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase.
